Try again tomorrow

I FAIL COMPLETELY at making flaky butter pastry. It wasn't even edible. At least I hadn't made the filling yet? But I managed a basic pastry for my last quiche, no problems ...

(Looking at other recipes, I suspect part of the problem was the instructions. But I am not trying again tonight. Tomorrow.)
