Mum: It's cold and wet and miserable and why am I even thinking about going to aquarobics tonight?

Me: You know you'll warm up once you're in the pool.

Mum: Everyone says that. But then you have to get out.

Me: Ah but then you'll have the lovely warm glow of righteous satisfaction!
