Doing one cupboard at a time sounds like a very sensible plan. (Unfortunately it reminds me that I need to clean my kitchen cupboards thoroughly this year and I HATE that :-)

Fresh cherries, yum! That spiced cherry recipe sounds very interesting though. I didn't even know you could pickle cherries like that.
