Elderly friend I have been supplying with lemon-lime curd for several months during her chemo treatment would like to thank several people who've been really great during her treatment. With jars of my lemon-lime curd. Agh.

I am so sick of lemon-lime curd right now. I just finished making two double batches of the stuff and I may still need to make another batch. I already have six egg whites in the freezer and I'm adding another twelve (I think an angel food cake is in order.)

I love the scent of citrus but I think the smell of lemon-lime curd is going to start making me queasy.

It is lovely that she's liking it so much.

... couldn't she ask for brownies for a change?
