I did not need a new variety of headache

I've had a nasty headache dodging in and out for the last few days, apparently unaffected by medication, and I finally realised (I have not been at my best) that it was was my second experience of a menstrual migraine.

Damn it. I was hoping the one in January was a fluke. It seems not.

No non-menstrual migraines so far though and here's hoping it remains that way.

Mum had been industrious again today. The new light fitting for her office will have to wait for the electrician but furniture had been shifted, the ugly carpet vacuumed and the new, shaggy rug in 'crushed cranberry' laid in her room. It's a rather wonderful colour.

Poor you! I get migraines with my period as well and it's miserable.

Ugh, mentrual migrains sound like absolutely terrible! You're already feeling off and then you get to have a migrain too. Sometimes life just SUCKS!! *sends you many good thoughts*
