That soup sounds nice. *bookmarks* I like creamy soups but I don't want them smooth so I almost never process them even if the recipe asks for it. I prefer to chop everything in small pieces at the start instead. I want creamy texture, not smooth blandness, if that makes any sense?

Also, honey and port cured bacon sounds divine!

The rest of this week sounds quite exhausting for you. I hope everything will work out and won't be too energy sapping. *sends lots of energetic thoughts*
