Brief thoughts on BDO

It stopped raining, instead it was hot and so humid (I believe at one point, Gerard was telling us not to pass out, guys!) I managed to get dead centre, 6-8 rows back, excellent view for the most part (couple of tall guys shoved in towards the end, couldn't see Mikey much after that.)

1) Words for Gerard: charismatic, passionate, gorgeous. The hair is surprisingly okay in person.
2) Ray has the best smile!
3) Mikeyway: too cool for school, Rockstar Bassist.
4) Frank, when you've sweated through two layers of clothing, it might be time to remove the third layer. Just a suggestion. (Seriously, I would not have been at all surprised if he'd passed out from heat exhaustion up there. He didn't move around much and he seemed to be alternating between two expressions - Guitar Orgasm and I Don't Feel So Good, Might Fall Over.)

It was so bizarre for a moment, seeing them in person and realising, oh, hey, they're real. They're not an invention of the fannish consciousness!
