Oh, I agree. My reaction to just about anything I watch these days is, great start! Now where's the fic? Fic does so many things better. And this movie gave us so many starting points which is delightful.
(I kind of forget sometimes that not everyone does that. A lot of people just watch the movie. Does not compute. My brain just doesn't work that way.)
