Interesting, thank you! Whereas here, the decorating usually starts much earlier (depending on one's background), Christmas Day is for celebrating, Boxing Day for relaxing, and the decorations come down earlier. So it works out at about the same amount of time and decoration.
(This question prompted by an elderly friend who was insisting that Swedes decorated early and much and I was thinking, 'Ummm ...' Different parts of Sweden, maybe?)
