However I did make a very nice dinner of Roasted Carrot and Celeriac Soup. The cinnamon, lemon and honey were additions I would not have thought of but the flavours were amazing.
Can everything stop hurting now?

Date: 2011-07-31 02:10 pm (UTC)This soup really was lovely, the roasting brought out the sweetness of the carrots beautifully (although I did have to stop myself eating too many of the roasted carrot pieces before they were pureed.*g*)
