I've never made lemon curd even though I've got several recipes saved. It's the butter part that scares me off I think. I'm afraid it's going to curdle.
That spaghetti sounds SO GOOD! I've never had duck sausage. I wonder if you can even find it in Sweden. Well, in Stockholm probably, but I somehow doubt it's available anywhere else.
