Well, I have to give South Africa credit for the bulbs! But they do very well in our climate.
Ah, but the next batch is not quite so much to be dreaded as I now have a silicone whisk with an easy-to-grip handle! But still, I'm hoping for the three weeks.*g*
I don't think I've ever seen ramson, just this pasta. I think I've heard of ramps in an American context but I'm not sure.
