Here we go again

I just made a double batch of lemon-lime curd. *looks long-suffering* Well, it was a nice break. And Dee has just been informed that although the cancer on her back is much reduced, there's still a line of active cells which will need to be removed surgically.

I think I'm getting the better deal here.

Also, I tried my new large silicone whisk tonight (I bought a medium pink one before Mum went away and she brought me back a large red one to match the spatulas she bought for me.) My hand still cramped a bit but the handle is kinder on my hand than the metal ones.

My first full acupuncture treatment tomorrow. Hope I don't feel as stuffy-headed as I did today ...

And hoping I will be all caught up on comments by tomorrow night! I've been fading unexpectedly suddenly the last couple of nights and haven't managed much.

Uh huh, I can see you're not laughing. Maybe you'll be laughing when I say it's Dee's 90th birthday this week ... I should probably make another batch for that, right? *facepalm*

The treatment seemed fine ... I have another five to go, so it's a case of wait and see, I guess!
