It took a while but it was worth it

Filo pastry pie filled with roasted pumpkin, parsnip, onion and garlic, dried cranberries, silverbeet, ricotta, feta and spices, topped with more filo and sesame seeds. So good.

(Which is fortunate because even though I made a half-size version we still have enough for two more meals.)

I am enjoying this glorious burst of almost cold weather, even more so since it gives me the chance to turn on the oven and make a dinner like this!

Oh no, you can't have gluten? That sucks. Hmm, I imagine that a roast of the vegetables with some Middle Eastern spices and the dried cranberries and sesame seeds mixed in would taste pretty good too.

I've never heard of a pie containing anything like that before. But it sounds so good!

Huh, really? It didn't strike me as particularly unusual (then again, I've never made a real meat pie, as I recall, so my idea of unusual might be different.*g*) But I can certainly recommend it!

That sounds mighty tasty! I'd be all over it (um, except for the garlic 'cause delicate flower me is quite allergic to it. /o\)

Oh no! I don't know what I'd do without garlic in my cooking (although it could easily be left out of this, there's so much flavour.)
