My feet hurt. Online shopping avoids this

Today's visit to these doctor had these results: agreement that there are definite signs of improvement, suggestion that I try increasing the headache medication slightly and see if that helps without side effects, special referral to my osteopath so I can get partial Medicare rebates for my next few visits and the loss of nearly $500 from my bank account.

I did get about 80% of that back from Medicare but the cost of that special referral is ridiculous (as my doctor cheerfully agreed. He doesn't even charge anything over the mandated amount.) At least I didn't go shopping until afterwards? (Except at the dispensary. I added a large packet of raw cacao powder to my supplements. Good stuff.)

Why are some Avengers Special Features only available on the Blu-Ray? I am very disappointed. I want the gag reel! But I do have the movie now. This is good.

I'm listening to The Hunger Games: Songs from District 12 and Beyond. I've yet to read the book or see the movie but I'm very much enjoying the music.

Only $250 of that was the referral but that was quite enough!

Believe me, I'm surprised at myself.

Agh, Blu-Ray. I have a DVD player and a VCR for those shows I recorded that aren't on DVD. Why would I want to replace everything with Blu-Ray? Or add yet another machine to the collection? I was particularly annoyed by a 'triple play' collection - it had the Avengers on DVD, Blu-Ray and digital and the website desription seemed to indicate that the special features were available in each format. When I looked at in store, it had the DVD with the single special feature, the Blu-Ray with the extras and the digital copy with none. So you still needed Blu-Ray to access the extra features! TRICKSY!

Apparently only a few of the songs were actually in the movie - the rest are 'inspired' by it (hence the 'And Beyond' in title, I assume) - so that might be why you don't remember them. :) There's a bluegrass flavour to the album which pulled me in. Given the violent dystopian nature of the books (what I know of them) it's an interesting choice.
